Before the Twitter war between President Trump & Mexican President Nieto that concluded with their meeting being cancelled, the New York Times & former Mexican Foreign Secretary Castaneda war-gamed how Mexico could punish the USA for exiting NAFTA. Castaneda said “let’s see if his wall keeps the terrorists out, because we won’t” and former Mexican Ambassador to the US, Sarukhan echoed Rahm Emanuel saying “never let a crisis go to waste”. And while former Mexican government officials suggest using terrorists, drug cartels and crises to keep the US under their global structure, the current Mexican President spoke of using the 50 Mexican consulates to defy & resist American immigration law.
